No, GridOnline only provides services to other licensed operators. 

All services are available at any of the 102 breakout locations throughout Namibia and the SADC region. Please refer to the map under the services tab for more information.

Note: Service availability, as well as technical and financial viability, will be assessed at the sole discretion of NamPower. Additional charges may apply depending on the outcome of this assessment.

GridOnline will not allow any Joint Boxes to be opened to provide customer access.  

FlexConnect breakouts are permitted within a fibre distance of 50 km (not geographical) from the nearest available connection to the main route.

For example, considering a southbound Transport Service from Windhoek to Lüderitz:

Mariental: A breakout to Mariental could be realised as the distance to the main fibre route is less than 50km.

Rehoboth: A breakout to Rehoboth can NOT be offered as the distance is exceeds 50km. A separate GoConnect subscription would be required.

All contracts have a fixed 12 months duration. 

Generally capacity upgrades on all services are possible.

Downgrades are possible under contract termination which may attract early termination fees. 

Clients should bring their own fibre to the Point-Of-Presence. The SFP must be supplied by the client. 

Under certain conditions and at the sole discretion of NamPower, a TEMPORARY single Microwave Dish could be accommodated at the Point-Of-Presence. Additional charges might apply.
