GoConnect

GoConnect is a dedicated point-to-point transport service that securely connects two locations within and beyond Namibia. Over GridOnline’s national fibre network, providers can transmit any type of content—Internet, data, voice, or video—with high reliability. The service is ideal for backhauling traffic as well as extending access networks such as FTTx and wireless radio. Transport Service rates between 150 Mbps and up to 800 Gbps are possible. Please refer to the price list for more information. Value add services such as traffic prioritisation are available as add-on options.

FlexConnect

By utilising FlexConnect, GridOnline’s breakout services, clients gain flexible connectivity options designed to optimise bandwidth, reduce latency, and enhance network design flexibility. This solution supports secure access, and reliable inter-site communication — ensuring a scalable, cost-effective, and high-performance network infrastructure.

FlexConnect is an add-on service to a GoConnect route. Breakouts between 1 Gbps and 100 Gbps are possible along the GoConnect service route (including a 50 km magnet function measured on fibre length).

FlexConnect services are not available with GoConnect services exceeding 100 Gbps, as larger transport capacities are provided on a pure Layer 2 optical architecture.

GridNet

Enjoy uncontended Internet Protocol Transit (IP-T) via our robust IP backbone, delivering a stable and dependable connection.

GridNet provides service providers with interconnection to the internet core via GridOnline’s IP backbone, offering a premium uncontended access to regional and international content.

The IP-T service interconnects to multiple submarine cables to ensure redundant and parallel upstream connections.

Clients can either advertise their own AS numbers or GridOnline can supply static IP subnets.

GridNet can be subscribed to at any of our 102 Points of Presence, with GridOnline taking care of the backhauling.
